Antenatal Doula Support
£10 per hour, minimum of 10 hours
The last few weeks leading up to the birth can sometimes be quite
hectic. I offer my support during this time in whatever way it may
be needed, whether reassurance or support about the birth/postnatal
period or perhaps a helping hand around the house.

Birth Doula Support
£200
I include two Antenatal visits within my birth doula support, normally
between 34 and 37 weeks. This gives mums to be an opportunity to
talk about previous birth experiences, any worries or concerns that
she may have, and her expectations of her upcoming birth. These
meetings also give me and my clients and their family a chance to
get to know each other.
I will be ‘on call’ from 38 weeks, which means clients
can contact me 24 hours a day 7 day days a week up until baby arrives.
When labour begins, I will be there as soon as my client feels she
needs me to be, and stay with her until she feels comfortable and
happy after the birth. I also include two postnatal visits to see
mum after the birth, to debrief, and to get to know the new arrival!!

Postnatal Doula Support
£10 per hour, minimum of 20 hours
Having a new baby in the house can take a while to adjust to for
all the family. As a postnatal doula, the services that I offer
vary depending on what mum feels she needs support with. This may
be taking baby off mum’s hands while she has a sleep or shower,
picking the other children up from school, tidying around the house
or even taking the dog out! Mums may feel that they need support
with feeding, or just someone to talk to, I am happy to be of support
in whichever way I can during this time.
